Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth, Community, and Resilience
As we approach the end of 2024, SERVPRO of Albany, Waite Park, Cold Spring, Litchfield reflects on a year filled with growth, challenges, and a deep commitment to serving our communities. This year, we’ve not only expanded our capabilities but also strengthened our bonds with the people and organizations that make what we do so rewarding.
A Year of Service and Growth
In 2024, SERVPRO of Albany, Waite Park, Cold Spring, Litchfield continued to build on our reputation as Minnesota’s largest SERVPRO® franchise. Our Commercial Large Loss team took on some of the region’s most significant restoration challenges, showcasing the expertise and dedication that define our team.
We also expanded our outreach efforts, working with property management companies, schools, city halls, and first responders to deliver specialized cleaning and restoration services. Whether it was cleaning high school sports uniforms, supporting hurricane response efforts in Florida, or helping restore properties after unexpected disasters, our team proved time and again that we are ready to make it "Like it never even happened."
Community at the Heart of What We Do
Community engagement remained a cornerstone of our mission. From sponsoring youth sports teams across 30 cities to supporting Wright County Frontline Outreach at their annual golf tournament, we proudly gave back to the communities we serve. These partnerships are about more than just sponsorships—they’re about building relationships and making a positive impact.
We also took time to celebrate the extraordinary individuals on our team. From welcoming new babies into the SERVPRO family to applauding team members like Krystal, whose reliability and compassion inspire us all, 2024 was a year to honor the people who make Team Hickman exceptional.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we gear up for the new year, we remain committed to excellence in restoration, cleanup, and construction services. Our focus on innovation, training, and community engagement will only grow stronger as we continue to serve you with integrity and care.
Thank You for Trusting Us
To our clients, partners, and team members: thank you for an incredible year. Your trust, collaboration, and support inspire us to do our best every day. As we close out 2024, we’re reminded that together, we can face any challenge and come out stronger.
Here’s to a bright, successful, and prosperous 2025!
From all of us at SERVPRO of Albany, Waite Park, Cold Spring, Litchfield, we wish you a safe and joyful holiday season and a Happy New Year.

First Responder Luncheon Collage
SERVPRO of Albany, Waite Park, Cold Spring, Litchfield was proud to serve as a Title Sponsor for today's annual I94 West Chamber First Responder Luncheon. This event is a heartfelt tribute to the brave men and women in our communities who serve as police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and more. Each year, we eagerly anticipate this opportunity to express our gratitude and support for the extraordinary dedication of our local heroes.
Today's gathering was truly remarkable, with over 250 attendees coming together to honor our first responders. We observed a moment of silence to remember the fallen in Burnsville and paid tribute to Fargo Police Officer Jake Wallin, with touching words from his father. Hosting the event was none other than Dick Bremer, the esteemed voice of the MN Twins. It was inspiring to hear the stories of award recipients who have saved lives through their courageous actions.
Moreover, all proceeds from this luncheon contribute to the invaluable work of three exceptional non-profit organizations: the Minnesota Law Enforcement Memorial Association, Fallen Firefighter Memorial Association, and Magnus Veterans Foundation. These organizations provide vital support to veterans, first responders, and their families, embodying the spirit of service and sacrifice. We are honored to play a part in supporting their important mission.
